Meet Lenny Arteaga At Executive Pharmacy

With over 50 years of experience as a pharmacist, Lenny Arteaga has many successful accomplishments under his belt in the world of pharmaceutical medicine. The owner of Executive Pharmacy began his medical journey at the University of Florida where he first acquired a Bachelors of Science in pharmacy, then later obtained a Master in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He also had the success of being a courtesy assistant professor of the University of Florida.

For over 10 years, he worked as both a pharmacist with CVS as well as the vice president of the International Division of Baxter. It was in 2012 that he took a trip to Houston BCCA to spend 2 weeks training in pharmaceutical compounding. This is where Lenny Arteaga found his greatest passion of the pharmaceutical industry, and would later establish this very own company in 2014.

As a medical Professional, Lenny Arteaga has a wholesale licenses State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and a Certification of Accreditation for his business. With these certifications at his disposal, Lenny Arteaga seeks to provide efficiently priced, custom medicine that can be delivered quickly through telemedicine companies. Because many Americans don’t have access to health insurance, he also wants to find more ways to approach uninsured patients with affordable medicine.

Our specialists recognize the importance of adherence to nationally-accepted standards. At Executive Pharmacy, all prescriptions are compounded in compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry standards, as regulated by the Florida Board of Pharmacy, FDA, OSHA, and USP.

We comply with USP Chapter 795 (Pharmaceutical Compounding-Non-Sterile Preparations) which establishes practice standards and outlines the responsibility of the compounder, selection and appropriate sources of ingredients, quality control, and considerations regarding the stability of compounded preparations. In addition, two additional USP informational chapters are applicable:

Safety & Procedures

We adhere to OSHA standards for the safety of our staff and patients. We practice strict guidelines for the preparation of compounded prescriptions assuring uniformity and quality. Final preparations are examined for continuity from batch to batch. We keep detailed records and can check each product to determine when and by whom it was prepared, as well as the lot(s) of components used. Additionally, preparations are randomly sent to an independent laboratory ensuring optimal quality adherence.


HIPAA: We will follow The Privacy Rule that provides that an individual has a right to adequate notice of how Executive Pharmacy may use and disclose protected health information about the individual, as well as his or her rights and, Executive Pharmacy’s obligations with respect to that information.
