Sports Medicine

Athletes, coaches, trainers, team physicians, physical therapists, and even intramural diehards face problems including inflammation and muscle spasms. Executive Pharmacy works with these individuals and other health care professionals to customize medications which meet his/her specific needs. Our compounding specialists can help to solve medication problems using customized preparations that contain the most appropriate ingredients in the best vehicle to most efficiently provide the needed relief to the affected area.

How fast does it work?

Creams are applied directly to the affected area. Because the active ingredients do not have to go through the digestive tract and through the bloodstream, as with traditional oral medications. Individual results may vary based on skin absorption rates and dryness factors. However, it usually takes anywhere from 5-15min for complete relief.

Side Effects

Because we use topical ointments applied directly to the affected area, contact with the bloodstream is limited. Our products are non-addictive, free of allergy irritants, and work almost immediately upon contact. Our goal is to get patients back in the game sooner, without disrupting other body systems.
